Orders
Do I have to register to place an order?
Yes, you must register to make a purchase on our website. In addition, you will be able to enjoy advantages such as:
- Track the shipment of your order
- Review all your purchases
- Access your Wish List
- Receive emails when new products are available
You can register from My Account under "Create new account" or you can register by leaving your details during checkout.
How do I search for an article?
The search for a product on our website can be done through the main menu, where it is possible to choose the reference category.
You can also use the filters that you can find in each category or subcategory (color, heel height, size and price).
And finally, you can use the general search engine located on the right side of the header of the web.
How do I place an order?
Placing an order on our website is very simple and fast:
- If you are already registered, you can access the "My account" section located at the top right of the web. If you are not a user do not worry, you can leave us your details throughout the purchase process.
- Consult our catalog and choose the model you like the most. You can quickly find what you are looking for by browsing through the categories and subcategories found in the main menu or using the search engine.
- Once you find the model you like, you must select the color, size and quantity you want and add it to my cart. Once you have made your selection you can continue shopping or finalize the purchase.
- When you have finished shopping, in "My basket" click on the "Checkout" button, where you can modify the details of the products (color, size, quantity) or delete them in case you have changed your mind.
- Enter your personal data, shipping information, select the type of shipment you prefer and proceed with the payment by choosing from the methods indicated.
- After you have checked that all the information is correct, you can confirm your order by clicking on "Finalize purchase".
- The system will redirect you to a secure payment gateway, in case you have selected payment by card, or to your Paypal account.
- Once the order is completed, you will receive an email with the Order number you need to check its status.
- When our warehouse ships your order, we will send you an email with the tracking number that you can use to track the status of your order online.

What do I do if I forget my password?
If you have forgotten your password, you will need to go to "My Account" at the top right of the site and click on "Forgot your password?", enter your email address and click on the "Submit" button. You will receive an email to your email address with instructions on how to set a new password.
How do I know if my order has been processed correctly?
When you complete the payment of the order, you will receive a confirmation email in which we will inform you that we have received the order.
We will also contact you in case we need more information to make the shipment or if there is any incident with the order.
If you have not received the confirmation email of your order, we recommend you to contact our customer service.
Does my personal data remain confidential?
We assure you that your personal data will be kept confidential and reserved, and that we will not provide or sell them under any circumstances.
To register we need to know your name, your postal address and your email address.
Is it possible to cancel an order already placed?
We are sorry, but once your order is confirmed, it is automatically processed and cannot be cancelled.
However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 30 days from the date of delivery of the order.
How can I check the status of my order?
You will be able to check the status of your order, entering the order section.
When the order status changes, you will receive an email notifying you.
How do I choose the right size?

Not receiving our emails?
One of the most common reasons is that the email software is marking our messages as "spam" and is automatically saving them in the junk mail folder.
To prevent this from happening, add tiendaonline@fluchos.com to your email address book to avoid further problems with the reception of our email.
If you have checked this and still do not receive our emails, make sure you entered the correct address when you created your account with us. Just log in to "My account" and check all your details. If you prefer, please contact consulta@fluchos.com and our Online Customer Service team will help you with any questions you may have.
Payments
Is it safe to order?
The online security of your personal data is very important to us, and we would like to inform you that your data will be encrypted and kept safe.
For added security, the website never has access to confidential information regarding payment methods.
For this reason, your bank details will be required for each new order you place on our online store.
How can I pay for my order?
For the payment of your order we offer you several 100% secure options, so your data will not be registered in any database. You can pay by credit or debit card (Visa and MasterCard) or PayPal.
PSD2 Regulation: To finalize your purchase and for security reasons your bank may ask you to verify your purchase in different ways (via sms, a notification on your cell phone or other methods). In case of doubt, please contact your bank.
How do I use my discount code?
To apply a discount on your purchase using a promotional code you have to follow these simple steps: select and add to your cart the products you want to buy and click on "Buy Now".
On the next page, you will find a summary of the order and this is where you will see the section where you can enter the discount coupon.
What should I do when the payment for my order has been rejected?
You can click on the "Try again" option, verifying your card details again.
You can also try to complete the purchase with another payment method.

Shipping
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are free*. Likewise, we do not charge shipping costs when it is a return.
Remember that, to exchange a product for another, you must first process the return of the first one and place a new order at Fluchos.com.
* If you choose the express shipping option, it would cost 5€
Can I change the delivery address after I have shipped the order?
For your security, once the order has been placed, we cannot change the delivery address. Therefore, we ask you to make sure that you provide an address where you will be present at the time of delivery.

What is the delivery time?
Orders are processed until 12:00 noon. Orders placed after this time will be shipped with a one day delay. Once the order has been processed the delivery time is 2 to 7* working days depending on the country of destination.
On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there is no pick up or delivery service, circumstance that will have to be taken into account in the calculation of delivery dates.

What are the shipping methods?
To make your purchase fast and convenient, our carrier (UPS) will deliver it to the address you choose at the time of placing your order.
You will also have the option to choose express shipping which has a surcharge of 5€.
Can I ship order items to different addresses within the same order?
Only one address can be shipped to per order.
If your order includes gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place a separate order for each address.
How can I check the status of my order or shipment?
Once the order is completed, you will receive an email with the order number. With this, you can either check the status or use it as a reference when you need to contact us.
When our warehouse ships your order, we will send you an email with the tracking number that you can use to track the status of your order online (please note that it may take up to 24 hours to locate your package).
If you have an Account, you can track the status of your order in the "orders" section.
Note: Shipping times are calculated from the time the order is delivered to the courier service.
Which countries do you ship to?
Currently, we only ship orders to Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Austria.
Returns and refunds
How do I process a return?
Requesting a refund is easy:
- Access your account by logging in.
- In the "Orders and Returns" section you will find a history of your orders.
- Access the order and select the items you want to return.
- Then, indicate the reason for the return and click on the button "Request return".
- In 24-72h we will send you an email with the return label so that you can go to any UPS collection point.

Under what conditions should I return the order?
You have 30 days from the date of delivery. The item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it, with all tags intact, in perfect condition, in its original packaging and must not be used or damaged.
However, if it does not have the original packaging, you must replace it with one of similar size and capacity. The return must be sent from the same country in which the order was placed.
Please try the product as if you were in a store and treat it with care, without walking too much and without removing its labels, accessories or seals.
Are there any return costs?
Returns of products purchased on our website are free of charge, as long as they are made within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.
Remember that you have to request the return of your purchase through your account.
Is it possible to change the size or model of an order received?
If you wish to make an exchange for any reason (size, color, etc.), you must first make a return and then make a new purchase. You have 30 days from the date of delivery.

Is it possible to cancel a refund?
If, after having returned the goods, you decide to keep them, you can do so at no additional cost. It will be sufficient not to deliver it to the UPS collection point.
As soon as the package is delivered, it will no longer be possible to cancel the return procedure.
When will you receive your subscription?
Once we receive the merchandise, we will proceed to verify the return and manage the credit within an estimated period of 15 working days, counted from Monday to Friday, from the reception in our warehouse.
The credit will be made in the same payment method as your original purchase.
Did you get it wrong?
If you have received a defective product or you have had any quality problem with your order, please contact us by writing to tiendaonline@fluchos.com with the order number, what happened and attach pictures with the defect.
Shoe care
General tips
For the maximum care of your pair of Fluchos we advise you to store them in their original box, in the shade, along with the elements that came with them at the time of purchase, to prevent the shoe from losing its original shape. In addition, the use of a shoehorn will prevent deformations in the back of the shoe, and avoid breaking the shoe's counter.
In the case of using creams, brushes or other cleaning products, we advise you not to abuse them and that they are of the best quality so that they do not damage the leather. The suede and the brush you use must be exclusive for each color, make sure you use one for black shoes and another one for the rest of the colors.
Nobuck
In order to clean nubuck shoes, it is necessary to pay attention to the smallest detail, taking into account that they can be easily damaged. Depending on the type of stain, it will have to be cleaned in one way or another. In addition, it is not the same if you want to do a daily cleaning, than if you want to do a much deeper cleaning.
For a daily cleaning, use a soft bristle brush and gently remove dust from the shoes, as it tends to accumulate a lot. For a more thorough cleaning, the first thing to do is to remove the laces and brush the shoes against the grain to remove dust and dirt on the surface. Once finished the first step, we will clean them with a damp cloth rubbing well the shoes in circular movements. And finally, dry the shoes in the shade. Under no circumstances should the shoes be put in the washing machine.
Textile
For shoes made of fabric, the ideal is to use neutral soap and rub gently with a clean cloth. It does not have to soak. Under no circumstances should shoes be put in the washing machine.
Leather
To clean leather shoes, always use a dry cloth and rub until the dirt is removed. It is advisable to use colorless creams, since colored shoe polish can be harmful. For more complicated stains, you can try to use a PH neutral soap and rub with a clean cloth. Finally, dry the shoes in the shade. Under no circumstances should shoes be put in the washing machine.
Greased and aged skins
Our recommendation is to use the shoe's own grease and rub firmly with a dry cloth until the original color or shine is restored.
